ROB ASARO as Jack (Cinnamon) Cimonnan

Rob has been writing bio's that people gloss over for over twenty years. His goals are largely unrealistic and include but are not limited to being a comedian, actor, film maker, novelist, gondola driver and city planner. Currently his kickstarter has raised $136 to help engineer his ambition for America's first bi-level city.  In addition to performing and writing, Rob commutes daily between New York and New Jersey because he has an affinity for Route 3, the Lincoln Tunnel and unusual traffic patterns. According to a personality test, he is INFJ.






MATT COHEN as Steve Katz

Writer, actor, producer

As seen on the street by millions of New Yorkers, Matt Cohen mastered the art of improvisation, mostly in police stations to get out of subway violations. You may recognize Matt Cohen from your local grocer's freezer, where he purchases most of his Hungryman dinners. His witty posts can be read by millions on Jdate,, Christian mingle, plenty of fish, Yellowfever, eHarmony, and Tinder.

We would say that Matt Cohen is a great guy. But that would be a lie.

Rob and Matt have been writing partners for 12 years; they are founders of the nationally recognized comedy troupe Chocolate Cake City, they have performed together in sketch and improv in various iterations around NYC, Boston and LA.




Making his directorial debut, Justyn has helped shaped Yellow Brick Hell. Justyn is a successful business owner and lighting designer for television and film.



ADAM HAMWAY as Frank/ Papa Jon's V.O.

With over 20  impressions & 10 original characters under his belt, Adam auditioned for SNL after being noticed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon doing impressions of Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, Hank Hill from King of the Hill and Bill Cosby! Adam was also the national voice of Wendy’s.  You may have also heard Adam in commercials for MTV, SiriusXM, T-Mobile, Dunkin’ Donuts and others.

Amanda Goodman is a New York-based actor and improvisor. She has appeared in several web series, done numerous voiceovers for radio and animation, audiobook narrations, commercial print, film, and TV.

BALLARD C. BOYD as Ballard

Ballard C. Boyd is a comedy & commercial director in New York City. His comedy work has been broadcast on Comedy Central, HBO Family, Logo, E! &; and screened at over four dozen festivals. He has directed commercials & branded content for companies including Google, Wild Turkey, Captain Morgan, Mountain Dew, PETCO & Popular Mechanics. He directs and produces with Rob Asaro & Nick Freeman.

The Asaro's lent their home for a location shoot in episode 109 . Nervous with the amount of people in their home they choose to play themselves, so there would be fewer people messing their house. Their plan failed anyway and the rugs needed a thorough cleaning.

The self-proclaimed grandfather of rap, Burton Crane is an accomplished stage, film, and voice-over actor. Burton has been featured on America's got talent three times.


CHRIS SCOTT as Brian (The Pepper)

Christopher Scott is yet another writer/performer in NYC. He can be seen with the improv teams Thank You, Robot and D5 and is the lead writer of the up coming narrative poduniverse Cannons On The Doorstep. His obsessions include Hannibal and Penny Dreadful and has a healthy fear of stingrays.

David Elmy is a performer and writer based in New York City. David has trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade under Michael Delaney, Billy Merritt, Chris Gethard, and other fanstastic teachers. He currently hosts and performs at two monthly improv comedy shows with the indepedent teams JERKFACE and NITE DOVE.  David has been described as somewhere between a poor man's Jack Black and a homeless man's Jack Black.

Kaylin Lee Clinton gets paid to wipe tushies.  She has also sung at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Blue Note, and released a debut album of original music called "Painted Road" which was featured by Timberland.  You do the math.

KEITH MACHLER as Dude in acting class

Keith Mackler is a freelance actor and musician living in West Harlem. He was interviewed high as a kite on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, caused a media frenzy as part of the infamous Elevator Murder Experiment, played a drunk-texting hipster on Girls, and recently shot a musical number for Glee. He has also inexplicably appeared in music videos for rappers Nas, Big Daddy Kane, Jim Jones, DMC, Sean Price and A$AP Ferg.

Matthew Willence is a native of Brooklyn, NY. He has studied improv and sketch at the People's Improv Theater  and has performed with improv groups The Indoor Kids and Galileo. He has appeared  in several episodes of Rob Asaro's two series.




MAURICIO BUSTAMANTE has acted professionally in the United States since 1967 and has toured nationally in a variety of starring roles that have given him coast to coast critical acclaim.  He also directed and appeared at the Edinborough Theater Festival as Madame in Jean Genet’s “The Maids” as well as the cabaret cirquit in NYC under the artistic direction of cabaret luminary, KT Sullivan. He begun his acting career in his native Mexico City at the age of twelve, working on live television with the greats of the Spanish speaking world.

Mike Smith Rivera is an actor, writer/director, comedian, and NEA performance grant recipient. His award-winning production company Burning Clown Productions ( develops and realizes new works of film and theatre including the Drama Desk-nominated The Navigator, Night Circus, and the monthly late night mix tape EST Last Call at the Ensemble Studio Theatre. Sydney Nikols is a writer, actress and comedian who’s a self-proclaimed expert in the areas of popular rap music and Mexican food. Sydney recently wrote, produced and starred in a comedic TV pilot called “How to Live Like a Lady” that got her a development deal with MTV through the New York Television Festival. She’s a produced playwright with a background in theatre, and she holds a BFA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College where she first got involved in comedy.
